We reported moments ago that Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was arrested earlier today for heroin related charges as well as assault, and as you might have guessed, so was her husband Courtland Rogers. According to online records, Courtland was also charged with possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, and/or deliver heroin as well as assault on a female.

On the latest episode of the show, Jenelle and her then-boyfriend Kieffer Delp were seen struggling with drug problems. Jenelle was even recorded crying in the bathroom until Kieffer agreed to get her some “dope.” Now, after months of staying somewhat under the radar, Jenelle has been arrested and charged with heroin possession and assault.

Occidental College in Los Angeles is facing a law suit accusing the institution of having a history of handing out less than severe punishments to students found guilty of sexual assault, including one instance in which a man who was found guilt of a sexual assault was sentenced to writing a five-page book report. A second man was required to apologize to his victim and resign from campus leadership positions. Other students found guilty were expelled but allowed to re-enroll after their victim either left the school or graduated.
