The 24-year-old Amin was originally arrested for drug related charges on February 11 before being released and then returning to jail after failing a mandatory drug test on March 27. Shain Gandee is reportedly dead after he and his 48-year-old uncle David Gandee had gone missing. The Buckwild star and his uncle reportedly visited a bar in Sissonville, West Virginia early Sunday morning and planned to go four-wheeling in his truck. The family contacted police yesterday and a missing persons report was issued for both parties. Unfortuntely, their bodies were later found in Shain’s truck.

I can say, without hesitation, that never have I seen more backlash and all around grumbling about an as-yet-aired show than what MTV’s Buckwild is facing. Starting January 3rd at 10PM EST you’re gonna get to meet the new faces for the show and one of them is tom boy Ashley Whitt.
