Tonight's episode of Real Housewives of Orange County sees Emily Simpson's mom travel to the area for the first time in three years to see her youngest grandkids twin boys Luke and Keller. She was present for their delivery, but stayed away afterwards. The scene where Grandma reunites with the kids seems to be tinged with awkwardness because the boys aren't familiar with their grandmother and Emily explains in the interview that she harbors some resentment over the reason her mom has not seen the kids.
