“Divorce papers” in Leah Messer’s hand actually Facebook messages

We previously published some photos provided by Splash News that claimed to be Teen Mom Leah Messer reading from “divorce papers” to a friend as an MTV film crew captured the moment for Season 2 of the show. The photos came on the heels of numerous reports, and even online court records, claiming Leah and her husband Corey Simms had filed for divorce.

Ever since OK! and In Touch both published stories that Teen Mom 2 couple Leah Messer and Corey Simms were separated and getting a divorce the Teen Mom universe has been up in arms waiting for confirmation one way or the other. All has been uncharacteristically quiet on Twitter and Facebook leading many to speculate the rumors may be true.

Sadly, we can now confirm that they are.

Online court records indicate Leah and Corey filed for divorce between April 8 and April 15. Also, see photos taken Friday featuring an emotional Leah Messer reading aloud to a friend from some printouts that are allegedly about the split as the MTV cameras roll.

Fetish website Shefights.net has had a lawsuit filed against it that alleges the site would pay, and take advantage of, homeless men to endure videotaped beatings at the hands of attractive women with the intent to sell these videos later. Some of these tapes go for as much as $900 a pop (forgive the pun) so I’m guessing there’s a sure fire market for this type of “entertainment.”
