VH1’s new mafia-themed reality series Mob Wives has been in the works for years and is finally set to premiere on April 17th. The cast of mafia mamas (which includes left to right: Karen Gravano, daughter of Sammy the Bull Gravano, Drita D’avanzo Renee Graziano and Carla Facciolo) met with production mogul Harvey Weinstein for lunch at Michael’s on 55th St. in New York City earlier today and took time to pose for photographers before going in for lunch.
