After nearly a decade of legal wrangling, former Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi can finally collect on her $523,000 judgment against ex Jay Photoglou thanks to a judge's ruling this week that the settlement could not be written off as part of Jay;s bankruptcy filing. Gretchen is also entitled to interest, which brings the total to more than $800,000.
