(CBS has argued in court that “loosely based on” is a bit inaccurate and “ripped off” is more like it, but a federal judge disagreed on Friday, allowing ABC to move forward with TGH.) The entire competition, which results in one competitor walking home with a quarter of a million dollars, is all based on fan voting so it’s important that you get to know the contestants.
