Tamra Barney and Vicki Gunvalson used to be the best of friends, but after Vicki began dating Brooks Ayers last year, things went south between the two besties. In fact, an all-out war broke out between them during The Real Housewives of Orange County season 7. Now Vicki and Brooks have split and it looks as though Season 8 could be chock full of Tamra/Vicki BFFness!
Much like when the original Teen Mom series ended its run after four seasons, I’m sure people (and blogs) will be crazily speculating which Teen Mom 2 stars will be getting their own spin-off reality shows once it finishes up its run here in the next year or so. But before you default to wondering if viewers will be tuning in to Jeremy & Leah Plus Threeah, Chelsea Lately, Return To Oak Island, or Kailing Me Softly, let me remind you that this show has more than four stars — and I’m not talkin’ about the chilluns! That’s right, the grandparents!
So I did a little speculating on which Teen Mom 2 grandparents might be most likely to land his or her own spin-off series and what they might look like. Here are the best three I came up with.
NeNe Leakes and her ex-husband Gregg Leakes have been rumored to have reconciled since earlier this year, and today, NeNe appeared on Anderson Live with guest host Rosie O’Donnell where she dropped the big news — she and Gregg are officially dating again. “I have a ‘new normal,'” NeNe revealed.
As we previously reported, former Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham is currently working on a spin-off reality series, but she has been pretty tight-lipped about the project. Until now. The 21-year-old single mom talked with Rumor Fix (apparently in front of a wind tunnel machine) about a number of projects she currently has in the works including the reality show, a children’s book about pacifiers, a parenting book, a new music project, and something about plastic surgery involving a doctor?
Kim Zolciak and her mother Karen had an epic falling out at Kim’s wedding when Karen went in to Kim’s home to use the bathroom instead of using the designated guest porta-potty. After failing to obey the rules, Kim phoned the police and had Karen escorted out in what made for a dramatic moment on Don’t Be Tardy For The Wedding. Several months later, Karen filed documents for grandparent rights to Kim’s children which started a war in court with both parties hurling ugly accusations at the other. Kim’s kids even sent the judge a letter claiming they don’t want Grandma Karen in their lives. Now, Kim’s dad Joe is getting in on the action.
On last night’s Season 4 premiere episode of Sister Wives, the family dealt with the stress of going through pre-approval for home loans so they could move forward in buying the four lots in a cul-de-sac they had their eyes on. The family has been living sort of far away from each other ever since they moved to Vegas, and wanted to have closer living quarters so their children could be able to spend more time and bond with their siblings. They worried about potential problems with Jenelle’s credit, but it was Robyn’s debt from her former marriage that really had the family worried.
It’s been a long wait for those skeptical of the “reality” of TLC’s breakout hit reality series Breaking Amish, but on tonight’s Reunion Special Part 2 the cast FINALLY addressed some of the big questions surrounding the authenticity of the premise of the show, including all the marriages, arrests, unknown babies, old bikini photos and more! The moral fabric of our great nation began to unravel earlier this week when Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash was publicly accused of having a sexual relationship with an underaged boy, resulting in Clash taking a leave of absence from Sesame Street. The previously unidentified accuser, 24-year-old aspiring model Sheldon Stephens, has since recanted his accusations, and details are beginning to emerge about his questionable past, including a 2009 arrest after allegedly stealing $250,000 in jewelry from a music executive he was interning for!
Amber Portwood of Teen Mom entered into an Indiana prison in June of this year after refusing to complete a drug rehabilitation program. Amber had been on probation stemming from a drug possession arrest and prior violation last year; and while most would have opted to stay in treatment, Amber chose to go to jail after fearing her drug use had spiraled completely out of control.
