The fifth season of Real Housewives of New Jersey began filming late last month, and as always, rumors have been flying about who would come and who would go. The latest report claimed that all five of the ladies from season 4 would be returning, but there would be a few new faces. So, who are they? One addition just may be the best friend of rapper Lil’ Kim, real estate agent Jennifer Dalton.
Taylor Armstrong seems to be in a downward spiral of drinking and drama on this season’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. During the first episode, she looked healthy and happy, but as the season has progressed, she got worse and her embarrassing booze-filled rants about Brandi Glanville took center stage. While it all makes for good TV, Taylor may be ready to put an end to it all and walk away from the show that put her on the map.
After the Brown family of TLC’s Sister Wives found fame by exposing their taboo lifestyle on television, it opened up a possibility in the minds of Americans that polygamist families can be very modern and happy. Last year year the Darger family came out too, giving television interviews, and publishing a book about their family called Love Times Three.
The Dargers are definitely unique.
It may be hard for viewers of Teen Mom 2 to believe as we follow Leah Messer and Corey Simms on their emotional roller coaster ride ending in divorce, but these current episodes were filmed more than a year ago and both Leah and Corey have moved on and are in stable new relationships. Leah is remarried to Jeremy Calvert and ***SPOILER ALERT*** expecting another child, and it appears that Corey is following close in her footsteps by proposing to his girlfriend of more than six months, Miranda Patterson!

Mob Wives Chicago sleeps with the fishes. A VH1 spokesperson has confirmed that the Windy City follow up to their popular New York City based Mob Wives series will not be coming back for a second season. The Chicago Sun-Times spoke with a few of the cast members and got their disappointed reactions as well as a litany of reasons for the cancelation that included the Olympics, lack of advertising, and something called an “accent barrier.”
It’s been a week since Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was admitted to a North Carolina hospital for what she has said were complications stemming from ovarian cysts, but the 20-year-old engaged reality star is out! Jenelle took to Twitter and Facebook to announce the news to her fans (and detractors) with words and photos — although surprisingly few words and not very good photos.
UPDATE – Jenelle really is back! She’s now tweeting up a storm and answering questions about her stay, her car, and even the dog murder rumors!
Apparently Honey Boo Boo’s cousin “Crazy” Tony Lindsey didn’t earn his moniker from just from doing acrobatic tricks on a 4-wheeler, suspending young girls uspide-down from trees, snake handling, and wrestling Mama June into a lake! The fun-lovin’ Tony was arrested along with four others for being involved with a highway prank involving a… gorilla suit? Of course! After all, a gorilla make me holla, honey boo boo child!
Atlanta is turning into a hotspot for reality TV and the latest show to feature big city peaches is TLC’s The Sisterhood. See a preview video via TLC and get photos and bio information for all 5 cast members. Bless their hearts!
Jenelle Evans’ recent mysterious week-long hospital stay inspired a lot of online sleuthing over the past seven days, and one of the fruits of that labor is this mug shot of Jenelle’s fiance Courtland Rogers from his arrest as part of an Oak Island, North Carolina drug raid in 2010. Dubbed “Operation Ocean Storm,” the raid was a 21-month operation that resulted in 36 indictments in addition to the confiscation of numerous firearms, ten vehicles, and an estimated $65,000 worth of drugs. Keep reading to find out more about the operation and see a video clip of the police press conference that includes the confiscated contraband!
We’re just getting Buckwild today so thanks for bearing with us. In this post we have Shain “Gandee Candy” Gandee. Dude was the prom king at his high school but missed the big dance to work. In true blogger fashion I have rounded up some old school MySpace pics that includes one shot which has me absolutely certain that the cast for this show is the real deal.
MTV has announced the premiere date and cast for their West Virginia reality show Buckwild. The oldest cast member is Salwa Amin, a recent college graduate that lives at home with her strict parents. Back in July of this year she was arrested in Kanawha County and charged with an unspecified misdemeanor.
It’s Jersey Shore meets Honey Boo Boo as MTV announces a premiere date for it’s latest reality show venture titled Buckwild! Set in the mountains of West Virginia, the network describes the show as “an authentic comedic series following an outrageous group of childhood friends from the rural foothills of West Virginia who love to dodge grown-up responsibilities and always live life with the carefree motto, ‘whatever happens, happens.'” Keep reading to meet the rather sizable cast, which includes a very ratings-friendly ratio of six gals to three guys!
A while back word came down the line that MTV had green-lighted a show that would feature a group out of high school doing their own thing in the state of West Virginia. At the time I thought it could have a great possibility of being a mix between Jersey Shore and The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia. It looks like MTV had the same idea as the coveted Thursday time slot once occupied by the guidos and guidettes from Seaside Heights will now be the home of Buckwild. Starting January 3rd at 10PM EST you’re gonna get to meet the new faces for the show and one of them is tom boy Ashley Whitt. Check out Ashley in a bikini and in some seriously revealing body paint too.
It’s been an amazing few years for Jersey Shore star Jenni “JWoww” Farley having been launched into superstardom on the smash hit MTV reality series before landing her own spin-off series alongside co-star Snooki, all the while getting quite serious with her significant Guido other, Roger Mathews, who proposed to JWoww in September as part of a skydiving expedition! In a recent interview JWoww opened up about Roger’s over-the-top proposal, her wedding plans, the possibility of becoming a bridezilla, having children, and her jaw-dropping 7.5 carat diamond engagement ring!
I have to confess that I am a HUGE fan of The Walking Dead, and I also confess to having crushes on a number of the female cast members. BUT, my attraction usually ends once they die. (I won’t openly grieve to prevent spoilers for those who aren’t caught up.) Apparently the same can’t be said for all fans of the show because there is now an official The Walking Dead zombie bikini calendar! Keep reading for some sample photos of these drop-dead zombieautiful ladies as well as a behind-the-scenes video of how it was made.
Lindsay Lohan and Amanda Bynes have re-written the playbook on celebrity headline grabbing combining being a train wreck with getting in car wrecks for a magic recipe of perpetual media coverage. Though Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s daughter (and reality star) Bobbi Kristina Brown may have some catching up to do in the train wreck category, she has got the second part of the formula down pat! Keep reading to find out more about the third time this year Kristina’s Camaro has been involved in a serious accident, this time rolling down the suburban equivalent to a cliff!
Last The Voice featured just about the best duet ever performed when Cee-Lo Green invited on stage his buddy Kermit the Frog to sing “Bein’ Green.”
Can you guess which Twilight star recently unveiled a massive brand new tattoo of a Heinz ketchup bottle on his/her leg? Could it be that blogs will need to start referring to Robert as R-Patsup from now on?!? Keep reading to find out who it is, see a photo, and watch a video clip of the unveiling on The Wendy Williams Show!
Teen Mom 2‘s Jenelle Evans is still in the hospital for what she says are issues stemming from her ovarian cysts, so her Facebook fan page admin Sarah RaeAnn took to Ustream for a live video during which she talked with Jenelle’s fiance Courtland Rogers on speakerphone in an attempt to clear up some of the rumors being spread about why Jenelle is actually in the hospital and whether or not he wrecked her car. (Keeping up with Jenelle is complicated y’all!)
For those of us who virtually follow the day-to-day life of Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans via social media, the last few days have been nothing short of mind-blowingly confusing. The 20-year-old reality star apparently checked herself into a hospital on November 23, and since that time has been basically absent from the internet. Her brief, vague, and sporadic updates have done little to quell all of the speculation and information gathering by her fans and detractors, which has created a mish mash of rumors including a car wreck, heroin overdose, and even dog murders. (I’m not kidding! This is Jenelle remember.) Keep reading for two separate timelines that should get you all caught up on the “official” story from Jenelle as well as all the speculation floating about online.

Kim Zolciak has had one heck of a week. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star officially announced that she will not be returning to the show following the upcoming December 2nd episode. After her announcement, rumors swirled that she had been fired, but then, it was announced that Don’t Be Tardy For The Wedding would be returning to Bravo as a full time spin-off with a different name.
Sometimes I just have to write these bad rascals up because of the wonderful pop name associations. I figured the opportunity may never come again to refer to Nicki Minaj, Steven Tyler and Bob Dylan in the same post so I better get to it before the times they start a changing. Tyler called out Minaj using Dylan as a reference and Nicki fired back via Twitter calling Tyler a racist based on his statements. Get the blow by blow that was blowing in the wind and find out why both Tyler and Minaj were way off base with their assumptions.
Future Teen Mom 3 star Alex Sekella shared some startling news with her Twitter fans just a moment ago by tweeting that her daughter Arabella’s father Matthew McCann had been involved in an accident and is currently in the Intensive Care Unit. We talked with Alex and she revealed to us some of what little details she knows about the accident, which apparently occurred while Matt was partying with friends and walked off a 20 foot cliff.
In 2010 Catfish, a documentary film called by Nev Schulman, became all the rage because of it’s skillful presentation of Nev’s journey to find the woman he thought he had fallen in love with on Facebook. Not only was he excited to see this woman, Megan, who he had feelings for, but he’d gotten to know a lot about her family, especially Megan’s younger sister Abbey, who is a painting prodigy.
Now there’s an MTV show based on the same principle, but what does “Catfish” mean? What is the origina of the term?

A few weeks ago MTV finally confirmed the cast of Teen Mom 3, which includes all-American Mackenzie Douthit from Oklahoma, Brianna DeJesus and her charismatic family from Florida, outside-voiced Alex Sekella from Pennsylvania, and the nerdy, wordy and mighty perty Katie Yeager of Wyoming. Since being officially announced, the girls are now able to speak openly about being on the show, and that’s exactly what Katie did earlier today when she took to Facebook to address a comment by a “fan” who suggested Katie’s daughter Molli would watch the show and perceive it as a documentary on how she ruined her mother’s life.

The second part of TLC’s “Breaking Amish Reunion Special” brought in over 3 million viewers and wrapped up a HUGELY successful first season for the controversial show. Is it just me or does it seem like every single contract signed by Jersey Shore star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino turns out to be a grenade? In the last couple years the 31-year-old reality star has been tangled up in contract disputes with Dilligaf apparel company, Performance Brands, and Serious Pimp Apparel. Today Mike added Devotion Spirits to the list by filing a lawsuit claiming he signed on as the spokesperson two years ago on the grounds that he would get 2% equity in the company on it’s one-year anniversary, but so far, he has received no payment. Now, Mike wants them to pay up to the tune of $1 million.
Jenelle Evans and Courtland Rogers have only been dating for a couple of months, and they’ve already had quite the roller coaster with a break up, a reconciliation, a rumored engagement, and even an alleged kidnapping. Tamra Barney and Vicki Gunvalson used to be the best of friends, but after Vicki began dating Brooks Ayers last year, things went south between the two besties. In fact, an all-out war broke out between them during The Real Housewives of Orange County season 7. Now Vicki and Brooks have split and it looks as though Season 8 could be chock full of Tamra/Vicki BFFness!
Much like when the original Teen Mom series ended its run after four seasons, I’m sure people (and blogs) will be crazily speculating which Teen Mom 2 stars will be getting their own spin-off reality shows once it finishes up its run here in the next year or so. But before you default to wondering if viewers will be tuning in to Jeremy & Leah Plus Threeah, Chelsea Lately, Return To Oak Island, or Kailing Me Softly, let me remind you that this show has more than four stars — and I’m not talkin’ about the chilluns! That’s right, the grandparents!
So I did a little speculating on which Teen Mom 2 grandparents might be most likely to land his or her own spin-off series and what they might look like. Here are the best three I came up with.
NeNe Leakes and her ex-husband Gregg Leakes have been rumored to have reconciled since earlier this year, and today, NeNe appeared on Anderson Live with guest host Rosie O’Donnell where she dropped the big news — she and Gregg are officially dating again. “I have a ‘new normal,'” NeNe revealed.
As we previously reported, former Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham is currently working on a spin-off reality series, but she has been pretty tight-lipped about the project. Until now. The 21-year-old single mom talked with Rumor Fix (apparently in front of a wind tunnel machine) about a number of projects she currently has in the works including the reality show, a children’s book about pacifiers, a parenting book, a new music project, and something about plastic surgery involving a doctor?
Kim Zolciak and her mother Karen had an epic falling out at Kim’s wedding when Karen went in to Kim’s home to use the bathroom instead of using the designated guest porta-potty. After failing to obey the rules, Kim phoned the police and had Karen escorted out in what made for a dramatic moment on Don’t Be Tardy For The Wedding. Several months later, Karen filed documents for grandparent rights to Kim’s children which started a war in court with both parties hurling ugly accusations at the other. Kim’s kids even sent the judge a letter claiming they don’t want Grandma Karen in their lives. Now, Kim’s dad Joe is getting in on the action.
On last night’s Season 4 premiere episode of Sister Wives, the family dealt with the stress of going through pre-approval for home loans so they could move forward in buying the four lots in a cul-de-sac they had their eyes on. The family has been living sort of far away from each other ever since they moved to Vegas, and wanted to have closer living quarters so their children could be able to spend more time and bond with their siblings. They worried about potential problems with Jenelle’s credit, but it was Robyn’s debt from her former marriage that really had the family worried.
It’s been a long wait for those skeptical of the “reality” of TLC’s breakout hit reality series Breaking Amish, but on tonight’s Reunion Special Part 2 the cast FINALLY addressed some of the big questions surrounding the authenticity of the premise of the show, including all the marriages, arrests, unknown babies, old bikini photos and more! Keep reading fro a bullet point summary of most all the major topics covered during the Reunion!
The Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Tamra Barney has never been one to pull any punches, so you can imagine her reaction to Star magazine’s two-page spread titled “Real Housewives Bikini Blowout” (above) featuring photos of numerous real housewives (including Tamra) along with lots of harsh criticisms nitpicking various aspects of their appearances. Among all the interesting things that have happened as during Breaking Amish, one of the strangest was a dinner conversation the kids had about what some of them claimed was a rampant bestiality problem in the Amish community. Is this really a huge problem?
Remember that lawsuit that Gretchen Rossi filed against Jay Photoglou like years and years ago? Well, the case finally went to court and the judge ruled in favor of the Real Housewives of Orange County star and has ordered Photoglou to pay her over $500,000 in damages for trashing her to the media.
On tonight’s new episode of The Real Housewives of Miami, Marysol Patton is once again being pegged as the villain by Elaine Lancaster. Elaine claims that Marysol advised Lisa Pliner against hiring her for her shoe launch party which is featured in the episode. However, Marysol never suggested such a thing, and she’s revealing her side of the story exclusively to Starcasm.

Amber Portwood of Teen Mom entered into an Indiana prison in June of this year after refusing to complete a drug rehabilitation program.
