Bravo has been fairly tight-lipped about The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Lisa Vanderpump’s new spin-off reality series Vanderpump Rules, but yesterday the network released the first preview trailer and today they updated their website with a complete list of the cast and brief bios for each!
As you would expect, since the show is based on Lisa’s SUR restaurant, all the cast members are employees there, and judging from this clip, they’re a pretty close bunch:

In the new Bravo series Vanderpump Rules, you get to see Lisa as a boss trying to herd gorgeous, oversexed kittens in the form of her staff. In Beverly Hills, restaurants are peppered with models, aspiring actresses/actors and other beautiful people working in the restaurant scene, and if you forget the restaurant part of the Rules trailer you might think it’s a reality show about Calvin Klein’s underwear models.

LISA VANDERPUMP

This charming and witty Brit has only been in the U.S. for seven years but has already made her mark in Beverly Hills. Lisa Vanderpump was born and raised in London but lived in Monte Carlo and the South of France before moving to California. Married to her husband Ken Todd, the couple celebrated their thirty year anniversary this summer. Lisa and Ken have two children Pandora (26) and Max (20), plus their four dogs that they also consider their babies. While in Europe, Lisa designed various homes, yachts and all twenty-six bars and restaurants that the couple owned in London and she hasn’t slowed down now that she is in the states. Lisa currently owns two restaurants, Villa Blanca, a celebrity hangout, and Sur in West Hollywood, which she just recently redesigned. Design is her passion, but she also writes a page each month for Beverly Hills Lifestyle magazine and launched her first book in October 2011 entitled, Simply Divine, about simple but gorgeous entertaining. In addition, she also has her own skin care line, “Epione.” Lisa is candid about the fact that she spends every night in bed with a gigolo, also known as her pint-sized pup Giggy.
As SUR’s co-owner, creator, designer and boss, Lisa has the task of wrangling the restaurant’s staff of dynamic but reckless employees. Although Lisa and Ken have owned 26 restaurants and bars in their native London and Los Angeles, SUR stands out for its sexy atmosphere and backstage fireworks. Lisa constantly tries to instill her values of hard work and professionalism to the SUR staff, who view her as a tough but caring mentor. Still, everyone knows that when a server crosses the line, Lisa’s unafraid to crack the whip. . .or hand out the pink slip.
KATIE MALONEY

Often pushed around by her so called “friends,” the nice girl from Utah is learning that she needs to speak up and assert herself.
JAX TAYLOR

Jax is a working model who bartends at SUR and enjoys the freedom, easy money and carefree lifestyle he has found in Hollywood. A self-described “Peter Pan,” he and his live-in girlfriend, Stassi, often fight over his immature actions and inability move to the next level in their relationship. But if he wants to be with Stassi forever, he is going to need to make a change, and fast.
KRISTEN DOUTE

Kristen started modeling and acting as a child and has been at SUR for five years, which is longer than almost anyone on staff. Kristen loves working at SUR, side-by-side with her best friends Stassi and Katie, and her boyfriend of four years, Tom Sandoval. But her propensity to insert herself where she doesn’t belong often gets her into trouble with the staff, and her boss, Lisa.
SCHEANA MARIE

As the new girl at SUR, Scheana is constantly faced with proving that she is not the same naïve girl who fell for a married man and that she has talents far beyond other’s expectations.
STASSI SCHROEDER

For the past three years Stassi has been serving at SUR while she works to become the next big thing in fashion. She has a say-anything-to-anyone-at-anytime mentality and her mouth often gets her in trouble at SUR and especially with Lisa. Two years ago Stassi moved in with her boyfriend Jax and the two have been fighting passionately and making up even more passionately ever since. Always protecting her relationship with Jax, Stassi views Scheana as a threat and labels her a “home wrecker'” to the other staff.
TOM SANDOVAL

PROFESSION Actor/Model
Tom bartends at SUR to make ends meet as he chases his dreams working in modeling, acting, and playing guitar in a band. Tom lives with his girlfriend, fellow performer and fellow SUR employee Kristen. As their lives become more entwined, he is beginning to question why their personal and work lives need to be one and the same.
