We don’t often do reviews here at Starcasm, but after watching last night’s premiere of TLC’s new reality series Welcome To Myrtle Manor I found myself wanting to not only share my praises for the show, but also defend reality shows as entertainment in general.

If you’re like me then watching the current season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is leaving you feeling as though your entertainment diet is unbalanced. I’m used to consuming equal parts NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak, and now that Kim Z has left the building, I am nothing short of malnourished. So, I thought I might share a recent photo of Kim Zolciak packing her assets into a rather provocative swimsuit as a sort of RHOA supplement 🙂 And just to add a little more Bravo flavor, the suit is made by Have Faith, which is co-owned by Shahs of Sunset star Lilly Ghalichi! Things have been very quiet from the family of Teen Mom 2 star Leah Calvert since she reportedly gave birth to her third daughter on February 4. There was a few days of complete silence on Twitter, and although Leah, pops Jeremy, and Grandmomma Dawn have since begun tweeting again, all has been hush hush on the baby front. But, In Touch, which broke the pregnancy story on February 4, is claiming to have some more details about the new addition to the Calvert family, including a name!
We’ve just got some worrisome news out of McIntyre, Georgia. Mama June Shannon from Here Comes Honey Boo Boo just posted on Facebook that Sugar Bear has been hospitalized after experiencing chest pains on Monday. He was diagnosed with pancreatitis and held in ICU for the first night. Buckwild cast member Salwa Amin is free on $100,000 bond and is proclaiming that the drug charges she still faces are, “totally false.”
Brandi Glanville recently did an interview with Life & Style in which she claimed to be worried about how healthy LeAnn Rimes is, saying she needs help — even after her rehab stint. In the article, Brandi said that there are “clearly some issues going on” which has her worried about her children’s well-being. Now, LeAnn’s rep is speaking out against the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and claiming it is she who needs to get help.

The Spice Girl and mother to three will be replacing Sharon Osbourne, who had been with the show since it’s second season. Mel B will appear alongside Howard Stern and Howie Mandel, both returning for the show’s eighth season.
His sister Kim may be the pregnant one, but Rob Kardashian is the one rapidly gaining weight. Rob confessed on the latest episode of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami that he has gained 40 pounds during his year-long relationship with Rita Ora, which ended in December 2012.
16 & Pregnant Season 3 star Izabella Tovar and her fiance Jairo Rodriguez have finally set a date for their wedding. The two have been together for about four years now and have been engaged for around two. During a recent holiday, Jairo had a big surprise for his fiancĂ© — a brand new ring! So, in addition to her wedding date reveal, Izabella has also debuted her new bling.
