The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s Phaedra Parks continues to add to already impressive resume that includes being a high-powered entertainment lawyer, collegiate equestrian, and aspiring funeral home director. Utilizing her credentials as donkologist, PhD., the charismatic reality star is teaming up with her hunky hubby Apollo Nida for a series of workout DVDs to help you get that voluptuous posterior you’ve always wanted.
Titled Phine Body, the first installment is called “Donkey Booty Volume 1: Lower Body and Core Training.” Here is a video clip of Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida promoting the workout video at Atlanta’s Fit Fest:
According to the Nida Fitness Twitter feed, the Phaedra Parks “Donkey Booty Workout” DVD will be available December 11, just in time for Christmas!
