We’ve just got some worrisome news out of McIntyre, Georgia. Mama June Shannon from Here Comes Honey Boo Boo just posted on Facebook that Sugar Bear has been hospitalized after experiencing chest pains on Monday. He was diagnosed with pancreatitis and held in ICU for the first night.
