During her court hearing yesterday in which a judge accepted her plea deal allowing her to re-enter rehab in lieu of serving jail time, Teen Mom star Amber Portwood said she was committed to her family and being drug free. She also said that once she was released she would finally set up the court-mandated $10,000 college trust fund for her daughter Leah, get her GED, and pay $56 in outstanding court fees. “I understand it’s going to be hard,” she said, “but I have a lot to lose.”

Troubled Teen Mom star Amber Portwood was in court today stemming from her drug arrest last month after police found numerous prescription pills in her possession that she could not prove were hers. Amber pled guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of probation violation and was sentenced to five years in prison.
