It’s been a week since Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was admitted to a North Carolina hospital for what she has said were complications stemming from ovarian cysts, but the 20-year-old engaged reality star is out! Jenelle took to Twitter and Facebook to announce the news to her fans (and detractors) with words and photos — although surprisingly few words and not very good photos.

UPDATE – Jenelle really is back! She’s now tweeting up a storm and answering questions about her stay, her car, and even the dog murder rumors!

Jenelle Evans’ recent mysterious week-long hospital stay inspired a lot of online sleuthing over the past seven days, and one of the fruits of that labor is this mug shot of Jenelle’s fiance Courtland Rogers from his arrest as part of an Oak Island, North Carolina drug raid in 2010. Dubbed “Operation Ocean Storm,” the raid was a 21-month operation that resulted in 36 indictments in addition to the confiscation of numerous firearms, ten vehicles, and an estimated $65,000 worth of drugs.
