Shahs of Sunset‘s Asa Soltan Rahmati is in the midst of her second season on a reality show, and yet she’s never had a love interest or even seemed remotely phased by any of the many men the gang parties with. So what’s the deal? Asa already has a boyfriend — and he comes from a very famous family!
Asa confirmed her relationship with Jermaine Jackson, Jr. (He seems to prefer Jermaine Jackson II, so we’ll go with that for the rest of the post) to Tamara Tattles earlier this week. Just in case I need to say it, Jermaine II is the son of Jermaine Jackson, brother of Michael Jackson and member of The Jackson 5. Oh, and just in case that wasn’t a good enough pedigree, Jermaine II’s mother is Hazel Joy Gordy, the daughter of Motown Records founder Berry Gordy.
Asa and Jermaine met while attending high school at Beverly Hills High several years ago. While the two hit it off at a young age, they ended up going their separate ways after graduating. Then, two years ago, the two crossed paths at an event and have been together ever since. According to Asa, they have been together for many lifetimes, despite their physical separation.
Asa and Jermaine have attended a few events together recently including the Bravo Upfronts and Andy Cohen’s book release party for Most Talkative (photos above). Asa says that fans may get to see Jermaine on one or two episodes on this season’s Shahs, so stay tuned to see their relationship make its reality TV debut.
