Woman files lawsuit in alleged courtroom cover-up after incredible footage unearthed

Back in August 2011, Monica Contreras attended a scheduled hearing at Clark County Family Court in Nevada along with her 2-year-old daughter. As she was leaving, family court marshal Ron Fox ordered her into a waiting room for an unexplained drug search. What followed has led to a massive alleged cover-up investigation which has resulted in the firing of Fox, Fox’s supervisor stepping down and now a federal lawsuit. See the incredible courtroom footage as Contreras’ pleas to the residing hearing master are completely ignored while the marshal she is alleging had just groped her attempts to force her to recant and then arrests her based on a law that didn’t even exist.

On Monday Marlina Martinez, a 15-year-old high school freshman at Stockton, California’s Cesar Chavez High School, began applying makeup towards the end of her math class. The teacher confiscated the makeup and when Martinez demanded that it be returned things broke bad as the two engaged in a violent brawl that was caught on video via a fellow classmate’s cellphone.
