Of the famous ladies attending the 2013 White House Correspondents’ Dinner, Katy Perry and Scandal star Kerry Washington stood out with their fancy duds.
Katy’s wearing a silk green Giambattista Valli dress with romantic golden embellishments at her waist, and Kerry’s wearing a black-and-white print halter Wes Gordon.
