Tennessee-based restaurant chain and retailer Cracker Barrel, who are still trying to rebuild their image after the U.S. Department of Justice found them guilty of numerous racist practices in 2004, announced last week that they would be removing “selected products which we were concerned might offend some of our guests.” As you might imagine, the decision drew quite the backlash from a large number of Cracker Barrel customers, and this weekend the company did a complete turnaround and even offered an apology. Polygamist Kody Brown and his family, stars of TLC’s Sister Wives reality series, filed a lawsuit in 2011 challenging the state of Utah’s anti-polygamy laws and on Friday U.S. District Court judge Clarke Waddoups issued his ruling on the case, declaring most all the laws to be unconstitutional and essentially legalizing polygamy. As we reported last night, Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was arrested Saturday and booked for breach of peace after an alleged altercation with her boyfriend, and father of her unborn child, Nathan Griffith outside of their North Myrtle Beach home. Jenelle took to Twitter to say that the whole thing was a big misunderstanding and that Nathan was just talking on the phone. But, earlier today, North Myrtle Beach Police spokesperson Patrick Dowling revealed more information about the arrest from the police report which seems to indicate that Jenelle and Nathan were indeed involved in an argument.
