Kim Kardashian shared the photo of her daughter North West holding her engagement ring last night on instagram as a representation of the wonderful things that happened to Kim in 2013 — namely giving birth to North West and getting engaged to Kanye West. Kim added the caption, “It was an amazing year!!!”
Prior to sharing the photo Kim revealed what her big New Year’s Eve activities entailed: “I hope everyone has a safe New Years tonight! Nothing better than spending it with family & friends playing board games ;-)”

Kim also wrote an appreciative post to fans on her blog in which she stated, “So much has gone on this year and it is fun … remembering all the events and special moments of 2013 as we enter a new year.” She ended by humbly adding, “2013 has been such a great year for me and I am so grateful for all you amazing fans. Thank you for following me on my journey this past year and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2014! Xo”
