After all the fall out from the Phil Robertson controversy, Season 5 of Duck Dynasty is set to roll on with the patriarch back in the fold and a new family member joining the cast!
Willie and Korie’s foster daughter Rebecca Robertson will be stepping out in front of the cameras as the following teaser reveals:
Rebecca came to the family as an exchange student from Taiwan and was eventually taken in as a foster child by Willie and Korie. For those who follow Korie on Twitter you know she is very proud of Rebecca, her tagline reads, “Mom to four awesome kids plus a sweet exchange student who became ours.”
When mom shared the top gorgeous photo of Rebecca on October 18 she wrote, “Happy Birthday to this amazing girl! So proud to be your American Mom! You are beautiful inside and out!!”
Rebecca is in her early 20s and opened a boutique along with Korie in Monroe, Louisiana called Duck & Dressing. You can check out their official website here, their Twitter feed here and the company’s Facebook page here.
Just in case you’re wondering if Rebecca will fit in with the bearded boys on the show, I think the following photo she posted and captioned “Shooting an AR #notayuppie” gives us all a clue:
During Korie and Willie’s appearance on FOX for New Years, the Duck Commander CEO revealed that he hired himself a “hot new assistant.” I’m betting he was talking about Rebecca 🙂
