In the new issue of Life & Style a source reveals that Kris Humphries has met with a legal team and is planning on suing Kim Kardashian in an attempt to prevent unflattering footage of him being aired on the upcoming season of Kourtney & Kim Take New York. The footage includes a rather inflammatory scene in which Kris bullies Kim’s friend Jonathan Cheban and calls him “gay” in a derogatory manner. Meanwhile, Kris’ family makes the cover of DUH! magazine by revealing the show is mostly scripted, including the controversial scenes in question. (So why did Kris agree to do them?!? Didn’t he realize that scripted scenes performed in front of television cameras might be aired one day?) Teacher Cindy Clifton charged with having sex with 11 students + mug shot photos

Tipton, Tennessee middle school teacher Cindy Clifton was charged with 14 counts of rape by an authority figure after a three-month investigation determined she allegedly had sex with 11 teenage students. The sexual encounters reportedly took place at her Covington, Tennessee home where she would supply alcohol to her teenage daughter and friends.
