Kris Humphries suing Kim Kardashian for $10 million over homophobic comments?

In the new issue of Life & Style a source reveals that Kris Humphries has met with a legal team and is planning on suing Kim Kardashian in an attempt to prevent unflattering footage of him being aired on the upcoming season of Kourtney & Kim Take New York. The footage includes a rather inflammatory scene in which Kris bullies Kim’s friend Jonathan Cheban and calls him “gay” in a derogatory manner. Meanwhile, Kris’ family makes the cover of DUH! magazine by revealing the show is mostly scripted, including the controversial scenes in question. (So why did Kris agree to do them?!? Didn’t he realize that scripted scenes performed in front of television cameras might be aired one day?)
