In the new issue of Life & Style a source reveals that Kris Humphries has met with a legal team and is planning on suing Kim Kardashian in an attempt to prevent unflattering footage of him being aired on the upcoming season of Kourtney & Kim Take New York. The footage includes a rather inflammatory scene in which Kris bullies Kim’s friend Jonathan Cheban and calls him “gay” in a derogatory manner.
