Tipton, Tennessee middle school teacher Cindy Clifton was charged with 14 counts of rape by an authority figure after a three-month investigation determined she allegedly had sex with 11 teenage students. The sexual encounters reportedly took place at her Covington, Tennessee home where she would supply alcohol to her teenage daughter and friends.
