The Roswell, GA house is listed at $3.25 million, and while the listing was recorded as being removed from being on sale May 1, 2011 on Zillow.com, it looks like the last time it sold was 2007.

So, based on that, and the fact that Kim’s frenemy tweeted that Kim was renting the house from someone named Kendra, it looks like Kim is renting her dream home! Not that that’s a bad thing! Selena Gomez has canceled her upcoming holiday performances tonight and tomorrow with her rep saying the cancellations are due to a “”family emergency.” A source close to the situation has revealed to E! that the “family emergency” is that Selena’s mother Mandy has suffered a miscarriage. The heart-breaking news comes less than a month after Selena made the ecstatic pregnancy announcement on Twitter.
