E Online obtained the court documents filed in the Manhattan Supreme Court claiming the three sites made “brazen attempts to sexualize” the young girl.
Troubled Teen Mom star Amber Portwood was in court today stemming from her drug arrest last month after police found numerous prescription pills in her possession that she could not prove were hers. Amber pled guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of probation violation and was sentenced to five years in prison. But, as part of the plea deal, Amber can avoid serving any time behind bars if she completes a court-mandated drug rehabilitation program, which means graduating from the Madison County Drug Court program.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 2 got super real. Just one of the many dramatic story-lines was Kim Richards’ increasingly erratic behavior. The Season 1 finale ended with a dramatic scene between Kim and her sister Kyle where Kyle called her an alcoholic. Kim had a brief stay in rehab after they finished filming, but walked out days later. Now, Kim is admitting for the first time on camera that she is, indeed, an alcoholic, telling Andy Cohen that’s why she went to rehab this winter.

The greatest “badonkadon’t try this at home” story ever continued in dramatic fashion as the alleged accomplice of Oneal Ron Morris was attacked during a taping of a Spanish-language show yesterday. The man’s name is Corey Eubank and police believe he was the middle man for the bottom-bulging procedures that Morris would perform using a toxic mixture of items including Fix-a-Flat. He was on the show to defend his innocence but got attacked by an angry mom instead.

According to sources her recent emergency call to paramedics was because the 49-year-old went semi-conscious from doing whip-its.

Green, a homeless man who has a history of delusional episodes and hallucinations filed a rambling, ridiculous lawsuit against Lindsay. He rambles for pages and pages about communicating with Lindsay on Facebook, a failed online business partnership, assassinating Osama bin Laden, hurling insults at her mother’s PR person, and claiming Lindsay is a high-end hooker. He wants $300,000 from the starlet for his troubles.
