For a long time folks have been criticising actress Demi Moore for an apparent unwillingness to act like the adult she is. She caught heat for partying with her daughters, stripping for Snoop Dogg, tweeting bikini photos in her bathroom that look like they came from “that girl” on Facebook and for marrying that much younger Ashton Kutcher dude. Up until the latest piece of news I’ve been like, “whatever,” because she was doing her thing and not really seeming to hurt anyone. So what egregious act has flipped me over to the “team Demi might need to mature a little” crowd? According to sources her recent emergency call to paramedics was because the 49-year-old went semi-conscious from doing whip-its.

Yesterday we reported on a rumor that Demi Lovato was back in rehab. However, several sources have refuted that claim (originally made by blindgossip.com.)

What we can confirm, though, is that another famous woman named Demi, Demi Moore has checked into a treatment center facility center to “treat exhaustion and improve her overall health,” after being rushed to the hospital in an ambulance Tuesday for what TMZ is calling “substance abuse problems.”

Lindsay Lohan recently had a tax problem made public, but otherwise she’s been doing very well lately. She got glowing reviews at her latest probation hearing, and hopefully the legal, drug, and personal troubles that have troubled her these past few years are behind her.

She’s still got problems though. TMZ dug up documents proving that Thomas A. Green, a homeless man who has a history of delusional episodes and hallucinations filed a rambling, ridiculous lawsuit against Lindsay. It’s really hard to figure out exactly what the lawsuit is actually about. He rambles for pages and pages about communicating with Lindsay on Facebook, a failed online business partnership, assassinating Osama bin Laden, hurling insults at her mother’s PR person, and claiming Lindsay is a high-end hooker. He wants $300,000 from the starlet for his troubles.

The creator, director, and executive producer of AMC’s smash hit zombie drama The Walking Dead was shockingly let go by the network in July and both sides have been quite about what exactly happened. Darabont broke his silence in a recent interview with TV Guide and bitterly explains the reasons he left the show. (Includes my irreproachable argument for why I’m taking Frank Darabont’s side in this squabble as well as every other debate he is involved in ever.)
