Earlier today Farrah announced on Twitter that “Hacker Control is happening” and she has since posted a long statement on Sulia addressing the incident. Instagram issues statement about new terms of service controversy

The internet was all in a tizzy yesterday after the popular photo App Instagram (now owned by Facebook) announced their new terms of service, which appear to give the company the right to sell your photos, name, and comments to advertisers without your consent and without notifying you at all. Because of the outcry the company’s co-founder posted a statement addressing users’ concerns in which he says it was never their intention to sell users’ photos and that the wording of the terms would be amended before they go into effect in mid-January. There were a lot of familiar faces in the premiere episode of Ax Men Season 6, but one long-time cast member didn’t look like himself at all. S&S Logging’s Jimmy Smith appeared to have lost at least 50 lbs. and his graying dark hair had turned almost completely white. It didn’t take the show long to give an explanation for Jimmy’s transformation: he was fighting cancer. Sadly, Jimmy lost his battle with the disease on November 1. UPDATE – Initial reports identifying 24-year-old Ryan Lanza of Hoboken as the shooter appear to have been premature and inaccurate. 20-year-old Adam Lanza, his younger brother is the shooting suspect. Ryan’s identification was found at the scene.
