Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis have made it no secret that they are dating, but when it comes to taking the next step in their relationship, these two may be keeping a big secret. According to a new report, the two are not only engaged, they are planning to wed in Jason’s hometown of Kansas City after dating for one year!
“Everyone in town is buzzing about the wedding,” a source tells Radar Online. “They have already booked the venue and are in the process of finalizing the rest of the details.”
Jason has brought Olivia to his hometown several times since they began dating, including once in December of last year when the two took in a University of Kansas basketball game. The source says the last time the two returned to town, Olivia was sporting a diamond ring — and she wasn’t being shy about it, either.
“Jason is a hometown boy at heart, and he is super close to his family and all his friends there. It has always been his dream to get married back in Kansas City,” the source says.
Olivia’s publicist denies the engagement rumors, telling Radar, “They are very happy together but they are just not engaged.”
Olivia recently sold her Los Angeles pad and moved east to be with Jason in New York City where he films Saturday Night Live. She was previously married to Italian filmmaker Tao Ruspoli, who she divorced in early 2011 after marrying in 2003 when she was just 19. Jason was also previously married. He wed 30 Rock writer Kay Cannon in 2004 but split in 2010. Since then he has been linked to January Jones and Eva Mendes.
UPDATE: Olivia took to Twitter last night and told fans, “No, I’m not engaged.”
