Kris Humphries suing Kim Kardashian for $10 million over homophobic comments?

In the new issue of Life & Style a source reveals that Kris Humphries has met with a legal team and is planning on suing Kim Kardashian in an attempt to prevent unflattering footage of him being aired on the upcoming season of Kourtney & Kim Take New York. The footage includes a rather inflammatory scene in which Kris bullies Kim’s friend Jonathan Cheban and calls him “gay” in a derogatory manner. Meanwhile, Kris’ family makes the cover of DUH! magazine by revealing the show is mostly scripted, including the controversial scenes in question. (So why did Kris agree to do them?!? Didn’t he realize that scripted scenes performed in front of television cameras might be aired one day?) Federal report: Birth rate plummets for young women

A detailed finding by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is reporting that the birth rates for young women are historically low. Being a site that reports frequently on Teen Mom and 16 & Pregnant and holds firmly to the belief that these shows in no way glorify teen pregnancy these findings make me want to say….. Nanny-nanny-poo-poo! In fairness the correlation between the current recession and this decline is the primary factor cited. Kim Zolciak’s spin-off Bravo show to be titled “Don’t Be Tardy For the Wedding”

Everyone remembers the shocking moment when Kim Richards’ own sister accused her of being an alcoholic during the season finale of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Then, after they wrapped filming, Kim went to rehab, but checked herself out after a week.

But when the new season started filming again, Kim seemed more out of it than ever. She misses many of the pre-arranged Housewives engagements, and when she’s there, she’s late and appears intoxicated. Sometimes she slurs her words, appears more animated than normal, and during the infamous “game night,” she went to the bathroom numerous times; leading Brandi Glanville to accuse her of being on meth. She’s also been cagey with her sister Kyle about the details of an impending move, which turned out to be her trepidation about introducing sister Kyle to her new boyfriend Ken.

Jordan Ward Finder’s baby stops breathing, taken to the hospital

On Sunday we shared the good news that 16 and Pregnant Season 3 star Jordan Ward Finder had given birth to her second child, daughter Arri Monroe Finder. Earlier this afternoon Arri stopped breathing and had to be taken back to the hospital where she is currently being cared for in the neonatal intensive care unit. UPDATE – Jordan shared on Twitter earlier today (November 10) that Arri is fine and may have sleep apnea.
