Renee Graziano is back with Hector Pagan ex-husband Hector Pagan Jr. (a.k.a. Junior) and the father of her son AJ (Anthony John). Hector Pagan Jr.

Last year Junior Pagan was rounded up in a major mob bust, leaving Renee devastated. She briefly got back with her ex-husband, but left him after she found out he was seeing other women.

On tonight’s episode Junior wanted to spend time with Renee in the six months he had while he wanted for his sentencing for the last bust. He told Renee that her brush with death during her plastic surgery nightmare scared him because he didn’t want to lose her. When she asked if he didn’t want to lose her because he was still in love with her, or because he loved her, he replied “both,” which made her break down. Renee replied “I’ve been waiting for this for year. For years I’ve been in love with you, only you.”

Jersey Shore’s “The Unit” facing 3-5 years for having date rape drug Ketamine

It appears as though Jersey Shore‘s curly-headed walking six-pack known as “The Unit” is in a bit of a “situation.” The Unit (real name Jonathan “Jonny” Manfre, 32) was arrested back in July when Seaside Heights Police found him in possession of a white powdery substance that turned out to be Ketamine, a dissociative anesthetic sometimes used as a date rape drug. He has since been charged with felony drug possession and faces 3-5 years behind bars if convicted.

Police report confirms Amber Portwood arrested for prescription pills

The police report from the arrest of troubled Teen Mom star Amber Portwood has been released which says she had a mixture of prescription pills in her possession when she was arrested December 19. This jibes with what Amber’s brother Shawn said earlier this week, but the amounts and kinds of pills combined with the fact that they were all mixed together in the same bottle seems to suggest it wasn’t some sort of misunderstanding or innocent mistake.

Kim Richards rehab update: She’s happy and doing well

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards is currently in rehab, and her sister Kyle Richards told US Weekly that Kim is “doing really well. Fantastic.”

One of Kim’s ex-husbands Monty Brinson, who has always remained close to her, has also spoken out about her progress in rehab. He told Life & Style “She’s the happiest she’s been in a very long time. She’s ready to start a new life when she gets out.”

Congratulations to Ashley Danielsen, older sister of Teen mom star Farrah Abraham, who made the announcement a little while ago that she is 11 weeks along and has a due date of June 29! Actually, Ashley might be a good choice for a reality show because she is no stranger to drama, having made headlines last September by reportedly getting into a “boozy brawl” with Farrah and then tweeting in August of this year that her boyfriend had been taken to jail after punching her in an altercation. (Let’s hope that wasn’t the same guy who got her pregnant six weeks later.)
