REPORT Amber Portwood fails to take drug test, may have to serve five-year sentence
Troubled Teen Mom star Amber Portwood is in hot water yet again, this time for reportedly not being able to make her own hot water in the form of urine for her mandatory daily drug test. The inability to provide a urine sample is the same as failing a drug test in the eyes of the court, and a judge will decide on Thursday if it is enough to force Amber to serve out her five-year sentence for a January drug conviction.

Christian publisher Revell announced Tuesday that they have signed Justin Bieber’s mom Pattie Mallette to write Nowhere But Up: The Story of Justin Bieber’s Mom due out September 18. In addition to sharing what it was like raising Justin, the book will also include a detailed account of Mallette’s life prior to getting pregnant at 18 – a troubled life that included youthful abuse, trauma, addiction, and a suicide attempt at 17.

Jenelle Evans arrested over cyberstalking charges filed by James Duffy; out of jail within hours after posting $1000 bond
Earlier today HollyBaby.com said they spoke with Jenelle Evans’ lawyer Dustin Sullivan, who confirmed there was a warrant out for Jenelle’s arrest. Now, an article from a news website local to Jenelle, starnewsonline.com, reports that Jenelle is back behind bars on cyberstalking charges levied by James Duffy, the former boss who released party photos of Jenelle online. Jenelle has claimed that Duffy poisoned her food, and the food of her friend Tori, but there have so far been no details about these recent charges.
UPDATE – Jenelle reportedly posted a $1,000 bond and has a scheduled court date for the new charges.

Kim Zolciak stole our hearts with a dance version of “Tardy for the Party” (a country song reworked by Kandi Burruss,) then she asked us to “Google Me” (she didn’t have to ask!) Now, she’s gone back her her country aspirations with a new single “Love Me First.”

The highlight of Lindsay Lohan’s SNL gig last night was her role as Rapunzel in the pre-taped skit “Real Housewives of Disney.” This mash-up was so good my toes curled.
Kristin Wiig stole the intros as Cinderella, who’s tagline is “I’m a huge f**kin’ mess.” And it was all downhill from there (which, of course is uphill in Real Housewives’ world.)
