Confirmed: Demi Moore IS in treatment facility

Yesterday we reported on a rumor that Demi Lovato was back in rehab. However, several sources have refuted that claim (originally made by blindgossip.com.)

What we can confirm, though, is that another famous woman named Demi, Demi Moore has checked into a treatment center facility center to “treat exhaustion and improve her overall health,” after being rushed to the hospital in an ambulance Tuesday for what TMZ is calling “substance abuse problems.”

She’s still got problems though. TMZ dug up documents proving that Thomas A. Green, a homeless man who has a history of delusional episodes and hallucinations filed a rambling, ridiculous lawsuit against Lindsay. It’s really hard to figure out exactly what the lawsuit is actually about. He rambles for pages and pages about communicating with Lindsay on Facebook, a failed online business partnership, assassinating Osama bin Laden, hurling insults at her mother’s PR person, and claiming Lindsay is a high-end hooker. He wants $300,000 from the starlet for his troubles.

A few weeks ago on Kourtney and Kim Take New York Kim Kardashian was seen in a weird car scene with her mom Kris Jenner talking about problems she was having in her marriage to Kris Humphries. (This was the episode where they were in Dubai to open Millions of Milkshakes.) There were a few things shady with the scene: the car windows were blacked out, and at one point when she’s supposed to be talking to her mom about the divorce, the camera pans away and her voice is completely different. UPDATE Teen Mom Jenelle Evans arrested for violating domestic violence protective order

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is behind bars again, this time for violating a domestic violence protective order according to a news release from the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Department. The arrest occurred Monday night at around 7:15 and as far as we can tell she is still in jail at the time of this post.

UPDATE – We spoke with Jenelle’s attorney who tells us she is out on $1,000 bond and faces 75 days of active jail time.

In case we haven’t all seen enough of the Kardashians this year, their 2011 Holiday Card in available in 3-D (as well as the 2-D version you see above.)

The whole klan is there (except for Brody Jenner and his girl Avril Lavigne, who never really get sucked into the Kardashian/Jenner entertainment machine) with Khloe and Kourtney standing by their men Lamar and Scott, while Kim stands starkly alone in her sequined tuxedo jacket.

There’s a tragedy in Teen Mom 2 land. Early last Wednesday Jeremy Smith (23,) the best friend of Jeremy Calvert, Leah Messer’s current boyfriend, and good friend of her ex-husband (and babies’ father) Corey Simms’ was fatally shot by Adam Lytle (19) at a party in Roane, West Virginia.
