Despite Here Comes Honey Boo Boo‘s reputation among detractors and those who have never actually taken the time to watch it, it’s actually a very positive show. Rapper Lil Wayne has reportedly been placed in an induced coma after he was found unconscious by his bodyguard. There are reportedly friend and family at his bedside in an extremely emotional scene.
