At a Philadelphia show Sunday night Pink interrupted an acoustic performance of “Who Knew” because she heard a child in the crowd crying.
“Hold on a second,” the singer said, “is everything okay right here? Is this little girl all right?”
When someone told her that the girl was upset because there was a fight in a crowd, Pink was astonished. “Y’all are fighting around a little girl?” she asked, incredulous.
To help make the girl feel bette Pink offered her a stuffed frog and a Rice Krispy treat, which were passed back to her because she was too shy to come on stage to accept them.
Pink has a 20-month-old daughter Willow Sage with husband Cary Hart, who she credits for changing her life. September 2012 the Pennsylvania native told People that she was “a delinquent,” before getting pregnant with Willow Sage, “an angry, rebellious, self-righteous, ambitious, crazy person who liked to have too much fun. Having a child is the best thing that could happen.”
