Full-time D-list reality star Kasey Kahl became a bit of an internet sensation after an arrest for assault in January when his smiling mug shot photo was dubbed “The Prettiest Mug Shot Ever.” At the time Kasey maintained his innocence in the scuffle, but after assembling evidence it appears that the police disagree. Kasey was arrested again for the incident earlier today and charged with 2 counts of felony assault, 1 count of battery with serious bodily injury and 1 count of public intoxication (allegedly “while under the influence of a paint thinner”). His most recent mug shot won’t be taking home any “Prettiest” awards.

It’s official — the sixth and final season of Jersey Shore has a premiere date! Joe Giudice (aka Juicy Joe) appeared in court this morning to face fraud and identity theft charges following his attempt to obtaining a driver’s license using his brother’s name in June of 2010 after his license was suspended just a few months prior when he was charged with DUI. Today, Joe was offered a plea deal which he refused, opting to instead proceed with a trial.

AMC’s new reality show Small Town Security is different that most reality shows. The editing is pure art, and the people featured are endlessly fascinating.

Although all Utah criminal bigamy charges have been dropped for the Sister Wives‘ Brown Family, it still is a third-degree felony in the state to just say you have more than one wife (as in, not filing the legal documents, but having “spiritual” marriages like the Browns have.) Because of that, the Browns are fighting back, and have filed a lawsuit against Utah in an attempt to get a “federal judge to overturn the state’s bigamy law as unconstitutional.”

Teresa Giudice is in need of a friend — at least she is on Real Housewives of New Jersey. Jacqueline Laurita, her former BFF, and Caroline Manzo cut all ties with her after her tabloid drama became too much for them to deal with. Big Brother villain Willie Hantz was arrested in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana at 2:07 AM this morning. The incident comes just days after Willie was thrown out of the house after a verbal dispute led to a head-butt attempt on one of his co-stars. Willie was allegedly drunk at the time of his arrest and later charged with an OWI.

Gleeks everywhere are thrilled to be getting two new cast members next season. FOX announced on Monday that both Dean Geyer and Jacob Artist will be added to the cast of the hit show for season 4. Dean will have a full time role on Glee as Brody Weston, a good-looking upperclassman who takes a liking to Lea Michele’s character, Rachel Berry.
