NatGeo’s Snake Salvation is reality show that’s hard to turn away from. It follows the leaders of two churches in the south who abide by the signs listed in March 16:17-18. As well as laying on hands of the sick and casting out demons, the verses also say that if you believe in Jesus, you can drink poison and not get hurt, and handle serpents and not be harmed. On the show three people have been bitten and survived so far. Is their recovery the work of God, or are the snakes they’re handling dangerous, but not necessarily deadly?

Catfish star Mike Fortunato dies from pulmonary embolism at 26

MTV announces Teen Wolf Season 4, adds Wolf Watch companion series

MTV was in attendance at New York Comic-Con over the weekend where they announced their popular supernatural drama series Teen Wolf will be back for a 12-episode fourth season in 2014. The network also revealed the premiere date for the second half of the third season and that they will be launching a companion talk show series titled Wolf Watch that will air after each new episode of Teen Wolf and will be hosted by actress Jill Wagner, who plays Kate Argent on the show.

The Walking Dead Season 4 premiere watched by more than 16 million… so far

Most everyone was anticipating a huge premiere for last night’s Season 4 premiere of AMC’s popular zombie drama The Walking Dead, but I don’t think any one anticipated it to be this huge! The Nielsen ratings are in and The Walking Dead Season 4 premiere shattered previous records with 16.1 million viewers tuned in for the 9/8c airing! And remember, that doesn’t even include those folks that recorded it to watch later — those viewers are expected to bring the grand total to well over 20 MILLION!!! REPORT Courtland Rogers on the run after heroin binge, bolting on probation officer

Things have apparently really broken bad for Jenelle Evans’ estranged husband Courtland Rogers. After admitting publicly yesterday that he relapsed and used heroin again after six months of sobriety, it was revealed by Radar Online that he had tried to sell them a video of himself shooting up. Now there are reports he is on the run from police after bolting from his probation officer when asked to take a urine test.

As you would have imagined, the episode was an emotional tour de force, but it was handled with the thoughtfulness and gentle kindness that has earned this show such a fanatical following. Courtland Rogers tweets about drug relapse and heading back to prison, Jenelle responds

Jenelle Evans’ estranged husband Courtland Rogers has proudly remained sober since his release from jail back on July 26, a requirement as part of his probation. But, judging by some tweets by Courtland earlier today (that were quickly deleted), he has apparently relapsed and is heading back to prison.
