Lady Gaga looks unrecognizable without makeup in new photo, plus watch her get her nose pierced

Lady Gaga is looking different these days in preparation for her ARTPOP album. She seems to be going for a more bare-faced, light-eyebrows look.

Everyone went nuts when she posted the above photo on her Little Monsters social media site. I think the biggest shock factor here is her eyebrows, which appear to be bleached. She usually colors them to be darker than normal. Eyebrows are major players in the face game.

On July 10, a particularly disturbing case of animal abuse was discovered when a dog, who came to be called Brownie, was found anchored to a chain with burns covering his eyes, nose, feet, ears, legs and body. Brownie eventually died from the injuries suffered and the woman responsible was later caught because she bragged about her actions on Facebook. Man arrested, found with knife, zip ties after threatening to slit Nancy Grace’s throat

In June, David Lee Simpson of Bath, New York tweeted that he was going to tie Nancy Grace and Jane Velez-Mitchell to a “tree naked and leave them to suffer all night,” then “slit their throats.” The 48-year-old was said to have been obsessed with Jodi Arias and was enraged by comments Grace and Velez-Mitchell made about the now convicted murderer. An Arizona Sheriff took the threats seriously and a subsequent investigation and arrest revealed that he might very well have intended to follow through with his murderous threats.

Lifetime to make Flowers in the Attic movie starring Heather Graham and Ellen Burstyn

One of the most popular young adult novels of all time looks to be getting the Lifetime Original Movie treatment as Deadline reports the network has given the greenlight to Flowers In The Attic by V. C. Andrews. According to the site, Lifetime already has two huge names attached to the project with The Hangover‘s Heather Graham slated to play the children’s mother Corrine Dollanganger, and multiple Academy Award nominee Ellen Burstyn (The Exorcist, Requiem for a Dream) set to take on the role of the grandmother (and attic owner) Olivia Foxworth.

Last night it appears Amanda Bynes’ erratic antics finally crossed the line when she reportedly started a fire with a can of gas in hand on a random person’s driveway in Thousand Oaks, California. After the incident, during which some of the clothes Amanda was wearing were burned, police placed Amanda on a 5150 hold in a local hospital where she is set to undergo a mental evaluation before she can be released.
