Few would say there’s any luck involved in having an appendectomy. But, in Jenelle Evans’ case, it seems there was some good fortune involved when she ended up with a talented surgeon for the emergency procedure!
Based on two graphic pictures Jenelle shared of her stitched up incisions, the surgeon completed the operation without doing any harm to the star tattoo on her abdomen.

Sharing pictures of her incisions caused a bit of trouble for Jenelle earlier this week when some people argued the wounds seemed to be on the wrong side of her body. That led others to believe Jenelle was lying about the appendectomy and was actually in the hospital because of an overdose.
When those accusations started flying, Jenelle took to Twitter to defend herself with her good word… And a doctor’s note.

In all seriousness, having your appendix removed is a big operation that has certainly been difficult on Jenelle. We wish her a speedy recovery — and the strength to ignore the haters who argue she was in the hospital for other reasons.
