Chad Johnson is heading to jail after a Broward County Judge got a bit upset when he treated her courtroom like a locker room earlier today. Ochocinco was expected to strike a plea deal after violating his probation stemming from his domestic violence case brought against him by ex-wife Evelyn Lozada, but when asked whether or not he was happy with his representation Chad responded by slapping his attorney’s backside, causing the courtroom to bust out laughing.
