Billy Ray Cyrus’ wife Tish files for divorce, Miley takes to Twitter to try and reach him

It’s over — for real this time. Just three years after Billy Ray Cyrus filed for divorce from wife Tish, Tish has flipped the switch and filed documents of her own asking for a divorce. Shortly after Billy filed the first round of papers, he had a change of heart, deciding to instead give things with Tish another shot. Unfortunately it looks like these two just aren’t meant to be.

According to TMZ, Tish filed for divorce citing the ever-popular “irreconcilable differences.” Although most of their children are grown, their youngest daughter Noah is still a minor, which mean Tish will likely be getting child support. She filed for it — and that’s not all.

In a shocking move, Tish is asking for full physical and legal custody of Noah, with Billy getting only visitation with their daughter. That means Billy would have absolutely no legal say in anything that goes on with his daughter including her schooling, religion, health, and location.

Tish is also requesting spousal support from Billy as well as reimbursement for her attorney fees.

Hours ago, Miley Cyrus, who is reportedly having relationship troubles of her own, took to her Twitter account in an attempt at reaching her father who, up until that point, had been unavailable to her.

Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus have been married for nineteen years and have five children together, Trace, 24, Brandi, 22, Miley, 20, Braison, 18, and Noah, 13.

UPDATE: Tish has just released the following statement to Us Weekly:

“This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time.”
