Instagram issues statement about new terms of service controversy

The internet was all in a tizzy yesterday after the popular photo App Instagram (now owned by Facebook) announced their new terms of service, which appear to give the company the right to sell your photos, name, and comments to advertisers without your consent and without notifying you at all. Because of the outcry the company’s co-founder posted a statement addressing users’ concerns in which he says it was never their intention to sell users’ photos and that the wording of the terms would be amended before they go into effect in mid-January. Justin Bieber murder plot mastermind Dana Martin mug shot photos, criminal history

Teen girl bank robber arrested after posting Youtube video bragging about it

I’m not sure if there is a Bank Robber’s Handbook, but if so, 19-year-old Hannah Sabata of Stromsburg, Nebraska must have the old edition that doesn’t include the new chapter on not bragging about your crimes on the internet! York County law enforcement arrested Hannah at her home on Wednesday for her part in a Waco, Nebraska bank robbery and car theft thanks in part to Hannah uploading a video to Youtube announcing she had robbed a bank and stolen a car!

But in an amazing case of not judging a book by its cover, we’ve uncovered some online journal entries written by Hannah that reveal an amazingly horrible past that includes an extended stay at a mental hospital after an attempted overdose and getting pregnant at the age of 17 after contracting AIDS from a carnival worker, only to have her baby taken away before she could even take him home from the hospital. So was this just a huge cry for help?

A VH1 spokesperson has confirmed that the Windy City follow up to their popular New York City based Mob Wives series will not be coming back for a second season. Forget congestion and traffic jams, the number one traffic safety concern in Atlanta, Georgia is apparently the Camaro-hating duo of Bobbi Kristina Brown and her adopted brother/(former?) fiance Nick Gordon! In addition to smashing up three of the Chevy sports cars in the last three months, including Bobbi driving her car off a rather sizable embankment near their apartment complex in Alpharetta just yesterday, Nick Gordon was arrested just hours later for speeding! So why did he get arrested instead of just getting ticketed? Because he was going more than 45 miles per hour over the speed limit! The 23-year-old was clocked at 82 mph in a 35 mph zone in a commercial section of Alpharetta. Nick Gordon? More like Jeff Gordon!

3rd Elmo puppeteer accuser has a book! “I called him Mr Tickler and the game we played was father and son”

It’s rare that there is any sort of celebrity sex scandal that doesn’t result in a slew of additional accusers coming forward. Such is the case with 52-year-old Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash, who is now dealing with a third man alleging Clash had sexual relations with him when he was underage. The new accuser, a now-29-year-old male model who is still nameless, filed in Manhattan Federal Court today and claims Clash gave him alcohol and engaged in various sexual acts with him when he was 16 years old. In an excerpt from his book (?!?) the “victim” refers to Clash as “Mr. Tickler” and says they played a game he called “father and son.”

Casey Anthony’s computer used to Google “fool-proof suffication” on the last day Caylee was seen alive

In a shocking post-trial bombshell it has been revealed that prosecutors in the murder trial of Casey Anthony overlooked a Google search for the terms “fool-proof suffication” on her computer on the last day her daughter Caylee Anthony was seen alive. The internet history then shows the user clicked on a link to a site criticizing websites promoting suicide that included the quote “Poison yourself and then follow it up with suffocation” by placing “a plastic bag over the head.” As you may know, Caylee Anthony was allegedly poisoned and then suffocated. The search was reportedly missed because investigators for the prosecution only checked the computer’s Internet Explorer browser history and not the Firefox browser used almost exclusively by Casey Anthony after March of 2008.

Amazonian superhostess Wendy Williams has finally revealed the origins of her famous “How you doin?” catchphrase! In an interview with BET.com’s Clay Cane, the 48-year-old talk show host says she first began saying it while on a Philadelphia radio morning show as a greeting for her cohost’s gay character named Shantay. Black Friday always has its fair share of jaw-dropping headlines, usually involving melees over half-priced laptops or toys, but this year’s SMDHest day-after-Thanksgiving shopping story didn’t involve violence at all, only a bit of appalling forgetfulness. 34-year-old Anthony Perry of Springfield, Massachusetts is in a whole heap of trouble with authorities and his girlfriend after he reportedly left her two-year-old son in a car outside of KMart at 1:30 in the morning in sub-freezing temperatures while he returned home with a newly purchased 51-inch flatscreen television!

Teen Mom 3’s Katie Yeager explains why she’s doing the show, flies above the haters

A few weeks ago MTV finally confirmed the cast of Teen Mom 3, which includes all-American Mackenzie Douthit from Oklahoma, Brianna DeJesus and her charismatic family from Florida, outside-voiced Alex Sekella from Pennsylvania, and the nerdy, wordy and mighty perty Katie Yeager of Wyoming. Since being officially announced, the girls are now able to speak openly about being on the show, and that’s exactly what Katie did earlier today when she took to Facebook to address a comment by a “fan” who suggested Katie’s daughter Molli would watch the show and perceive it as a documentary on how she ruined her mother’s life.

REPORT Breaking Amish’s Kate Stoltzfus considers spin-off, hates cast mates

The second part of TLC’s “Breaking Amish Reunion Special” brought in over 3 million viewers and wrapped up a HUGELY successful first season for the controversial show. So far there has been no word on whether or not there will be a Breaking Amish Season 2, or if what it would look like conceptually if there is, but according to one show insider there’s at least one cast member who is looking to come back to reality TV all on her own!

Top 3 potential Teen Mom 2 grandparent spin-off shows

Much like when the original Teen Mom series ended its run after four seasons, I’m sure people (and blogs) will be crazily speculating which Teen Mom 2 stars will be getting their own spin-off reality shows once it finishes up its run here in the next year or so. But before you default to wondering if viewers will be tuning in to Jeremy & Leah Plus Threeah, Chelsea Lately, Return To Oak Island, or Kailing Me Softly, let me remind you that this show has more than four stars — and I’m not talkin’ about the chilluns!
