I’ve had to report on a lot of horrible parenting here but nothing I’ve ever seen has outraged me as much as the following brutal and unjustifiable clip. Judge William Adams from Texas, a man who serves in a public seat of judgment is shown beating his daughter, who suffers from Cerebral Palsy, with a belt in a rage-filled scene. Her mother joins in berating her verbally and physically and to hear both of their pathetic excuses now will make your blood boil.
