Polygamist Kody Brown and his family, stars of TLC’s Sister Wives reality series, filed a lawsuit in 2011 challenging the state of Utah’s anti-polygamy laws and on Friday U.S. District Court judge Clarke Waddoups issued his ruling on the case, declaring most all the laws to be unconstitutional and essentially legalizing polygamy. As we reported last night, Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was arrested Saturday and booked for breach of peace after an alleged altercation with her boyfriend, and father of her unborn child, Nathan Griffith outside of their North Myrtle Beach home. Jenelle took to Twitter to say that the whole thing was a big misunderstanding and that Nathan was just talking on the phone.
