Toth was charged with DUI and Witherspoon was charged with disorderly conduct after refusing to stay in the car during Toth’s arrest. Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter, aka Clark Rockefeller, was found guilty of the 1985 murder of a California man yesterday. Gerhartsreiter, who was the main character in the 2010 Lifetime movie Who Is Clark Rockefeller? after posing as a member of the wealthy and legendary Rockefeller family for years, was found guilty of the first-degree murder of John Sohus, who was the 27-year-old son of Gerhartsreiter’s former landlady. He was convicted despite the fact that there were no witnesses, evidence, or clear motive for the murder. Deputy District Attorney Habib Balian argued that the circumstantial evidence alone was enough to convict him.

Wilkerson retaliated by kicking the special needs child in the back causing her to fall to the street. The force of the blow was so hard it caused the young girl to break her ankle. Recently, police finally released surveillance footage from on board that shows the violent scene.

Colorado Rockies first baseman Todd Helton was arrested in Colorado last night by Thornton Police after a witness called police and reported that Helton’s black Ford F-150 truck had been driving erratically on Colorado Boulevard. Officers caught up with Helton at a gas station where he was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence. Helton was booked and later released to a responsible party.

Authorities in Albuquerque, New Mexico have uncovered an elaborate murder plot involving four potential victims, including singer Justin Bieber! Mark Staake, 41, and his nephew Tanner Ruane, 23, were reportedly planning to kill the pop singer after his Madison Square Garden show in New York City just a few weeks ago, but were intercepted and arrested before they could go through with the plan. Now, more graphic details about the murder plot are being revealed, including the duo’s intent to castrate their victims.
