34-year-old adult film star Stephen Clancy Hill died Sunday after jumping from a cliff and falling more than 50 feet. The suicide occurred just before dusk at 5:30 p.m. after a nearly eight-hour standoff with the Los Angeles Police Department’s elite SWAT unit and crisis negotiators.
Hill had been charged with one count of murder and five counts of attempted murder after a brutal attack Tuesday at the Ultima DVD manufacturing facility where he had been working and living. 30-year-old adult film actor Herbert Hin Wong (a.k.a. Tom Dong) was killed in the attack, in which Hill allegedly used a movie prop machete. (You can read all about the initial attack HERE.)
