Christina Aguilera hasn’t been hitting on all the marks with her new album Bionic, set to drop next Tuesday. She’s looking too much like Lady Gaga, minus the catchy songs or owning the hearts of throngs of young teens who think they’re misunderstood. Her new songs and her performances, like the one at the MTV Movie Awards, have generated collective mehs all around and she had to cancel her summer tour because Bionic‘s sales are slumping

At this point her desperation must have grown so great that she’s  grasping for tired, fraying straws already used and discarded by the likes of Megan Fox and Kim Zolciak: she’s playing the bisexual card.

Aguilera told People (via PopEater):

“If I want to be sexual, it’s for my own appreciation and enjoyment! That’s why I like to talk about the fact that sometimes I am attracted to women. I appreciate their femininity and beauty.”Ana Paquin is somewhere shaking her head.”

This revelation reeks of publicity garnering, unlike Anna Paquin’s casual and honest admission during a PSA.
