Jenelle Evans and her former fiance Gary Head were in court this morning where they faced drug and assault charges stemming from an incident back in June. The two had originally appeared in front of the judge back in July but the case was continued until this morning in order for the D.A. to speak with the investigators some more about the incident. Upon leaving court, Jenelle let her Teen Mom 2 fans know what went down including an exclusive statement to starcasm.

Jenelle Evans and her ex-fiance Gary Head appeared in court today for charges stemming from their arrests last month after a heated argument that resulted in both being charged with Possession of Marijuana up to 1/2 OZ, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Assault, and Simple Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance.

UPDATE – We just spoke with Jenelle’s attorney, Dustin Sullivan, who offered some clarification as to exactly what happened today in court.

Jenelle Evans recently broke up with her fiance, Gary Head, after dating him for nearly 7 months (sometimes constantly on-and-off.) Jenelle has previously alleged that Gary was physically abusive with her, and now the Teen Mom 2 star’s best friend, Allison Lester, is speaking out about Gary’s drug use and regular assaults on Jenelle.

Jenelle Evans’ recent Twitter feud with her ex-fiance Gary Head took a turn for the worse when Gary tweeted a message from Jenelle’s sister accusing Jenelle of stealing her money to buy marijuana and leaving her stranded at 3 am. However, Jenelle quickly denied it all and claimed that she only left her sister because her sister’s husband, who had just badly beaten her, was heading home and she was afraid.

Jenelle Evans and Gary Head continue their post-break-up Twitter war, and things continue to escalate. Gary shared a screen capped image of a message allegedly from Jenelle’s sister Ashleigh claiming Jenelle took her moving money and left with it to buy pot. Jenelle then defended herself with a graphic photo of her abused sister and explained that Ashleigh’s husband (who allegedly caused the injuries) was coming home so she was scared and left – with the moving money! With all this drama I think MTV might need to change the name of the show to Jenelrose Place!

Earlier this week she broke up with her infamous hoodied beau Kieffer Delp, in addition to having a boob job on Wednesday. Now she is back with her other ex-boyfriend Gary Head after he volunteered to come stay with her as she recovered from her breast augmentation surgery.
