Emma Roberts, Evan Peters release statement regarding alleged assault

Autopsy reveals Cory Monteith died of heroin and alcohol

Autopsy and toxicological analysis performed on Glee star Cory Moteith indicate that the 31-year-old actor died from a “mixed drug toxicity, involving heroin and alcohol.” Although officials didn’t say that drugs were found in Cory’s hotel room where his body was found on Saturday, they seemed to suggest that was the case by revealing, “There was evidence in the room that was consistent of a drug overdose.”

MUG SHOT Couples Therapy’s Dustin Zito arrested for alleged sexual battery (of a woman) in Louisiana

Former Real World: Las Vegas (and current Couples Therapy) star Dustin Zito was arrested and charged with sexual battery in Lafayette, Louisiana Saturday night after he allegedly “reached under” a girl’s dress and “grabbed her genitals without consent.” Making matters worse, Dustin resisted arrest and had to be pepper sprayed by the arresting officer before being booked. Zito was reportedly very inebriated and told the officer, “F*** it! Let’s Fight” before adding “that the female victim should be thankful that he reached up her dress since he is a TV Star and several girls wish for that to happen,” according to the arrest report.

But Dustin has photographic evidence that seems to suggest the incident was blown way out of proportion! (Well, aside from his drunken comments.) Keep reading for all the deets!
