Autopsy reveals Cory Monteith died of heroin and alcohol

Autopsy and toxicological analysis performed on Glee star Cory Moteith indicate that the 31-year-old actor died from a “mixed drug toxicity, involving heroin and alcohol.” Although officials didn’t say that drugs were found in Cory’s hotel room where his body was found on Saturday, they seemed to suggest that was the case by revealing, “There was evidence in the room that was consistent of a drug overdose.”

Acting Vancouver Police Chief Doug LePard has confirmed Glee star Cory Monteith was found dead in his hotel room Saturday shortly after noon. The 31-year-old actor’s body was discovered in the room on the 21st floor of the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel after he missed his scheduled checkout time.

Glee Season 4 posters released! (without Dianna Agron?)
